The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case “what if ” happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it!  Key words PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!  Most companies offer “cancel for any reason” coverage at a very low cost however it must be purchased within 1-21 days of making your deposit.

Carefully review and compare insurance options. Please review and select the best plan for you. You can also Google “travel insurance companies”, “travel insurance” or “travel protection” for additional options.  Make sure you purchase a “Comprehensive Plan” if you would like to add your flight to your insurance later. PAYMENTS

1. You have the option to have your payments automatically drafted. You will also be sent automated reminders.

2.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to BookTaJaTravel@gmail.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.

 Late Payment Policy

Effective August 1, 2025, all payments for trips organized by Ta'Ja Travel Agency must be made on or before the scheduled due dates. Any payment received after the due date will incur a $50.00 late fee per missed payment.

• Late fees will be invoiced separately from your trip payment.

• Failure to pay late fees may result in suspension or cancellation of your reservation.

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to keep track of all payment due dates.
  We highly encourage all travelers to make timely payments to avoid penalties and ensure a smooth planning process.

 All rooms first come first service basis.  Rooms are limited so don't wait until the last date to reserve.  Final payment is due no later than April 1, 2026, for all packages -

Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group.  Packages are not sold a la cart.  Also, if you book your own vacation package you will still NOT be allowed into any of the private events set up for this group.  If you choose not to participate in group activities, then that is completely up to you, but no refunds will be allows for anything missed.

Travel Insurance

By signing below, I understand that declining travel insurance could result in the loss of my travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. I also acknowledge that without insurance, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred.   If I choose to decline the purchase of travel insurance. By doing so I agree that I cannot hold Ta'Ja Travel Agency, its owner, employees and independent contractors liable, and waive any right to liability for cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses that occur; such as a result of travel cancellation or changes, including cancellation or changes due to pre-existing medical conditions, revocation of clearance to travel by a government agency (US State Department, State of Residence, Office of Child Support, etc.) or any inability to travel.
