In order to perform the professional services required to start your travel request, a Concierge Fee is required*. The Concierge Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. This fee is a separate from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to any research, booking or additional consulting services.

Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and work. We will research all suppliers to find you the best deal to fit your budget. We will work with you to meet your travel needs and requirements. 

Once Ta'Ja Travel & More has customized your final itinerary, you are free to shop it on the Internet, or wherever you'd like. If you choose to book your travel arrangements yourself with an online travel booking site (i.e. Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) or with another travel agency, the Concierge Fee will be retained by Ta'Ja Travel & More for services rendered. No exceptions will be made.

All vacations arranged through Ta'Ja Travel & More offer peace of mind from the planning process to the return trip home, as we're experienced professionals in the business of planning travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well planned vacation.

If you agree with the above terms, please sign and complete the payment information below. Once we've received your Concierge Fee &/or Service Agreement, we will get started on designing your peace of mind experience.

*Arranging travel for business and vacation customers

*Coordinating international group tours for cultural, historical, religious, philanthropic reasons

*Determining customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs

*Planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and day trips

*Finding fare and schedule information

*Calculating total travel costs

*Booking reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions

*Informing clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas

*Giving advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions

*Making alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip

Individuals/Couples/Families(1 to 20 travelers) * - $50.00 per person

• More Than 20 Travelers: $100.00 per person

• Last Minute Requests (Travel within 60 days) - $125.00 per person

• Affinity Groups (up to 5 rooms)i.e., girls' trip, guy trips - $175.00** then $50 per person

• Affinity Groups (6+ rooms) ie., family reunion, class reunion, etc– $250.00** then $50 per person

•  Destination Wedding - $500.00 + Varies based on package selected. Consult with a Travel Concierge

• THERE IS A 3% processing fee via the credit card company.

If more than 2 is need another $325 fee will be required before given.

To begin services such as the research of accommodations and trip amenities only 1 person has to make an initial payment of $50 if it is a group. This amount is not applied to your trip it is paid directly to me, the Travel Planner. 

Additional travelers within your travel party are not required to pay the service fee until a package has been submitted that you are satisfied with and would like to proceed with securing.

Quotes are typically provided within 7 days after a payment is submitted unless more time is needed based on your requested travel dates or my work load.
