CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. TRAVEL INSURANCE

The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case “what if ” happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it!  Key words PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!  Most companies offer “cancel for any reason” coverage at a very low cost however it must be purchased within 1-21 days of making your deposit.

 

 

Carefully review and compare insurance options. Please review and select the best plan for you. You can also Google “travel insurance companies”, “travel insurance” or “travel protection” for additional options.  Make sure you purchase a “Comprehensive Plan” if you would like to add your flight to your insurance later. If you have a pre-existing condition, many plans require purchase within 14 days of making the deposit. PAYMENTS

 

1. You have the option to have your payments automatically drafted. You will also be sent automated reminders.

2.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to booktajatravel@gmail.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.

    

 

ROOM AVAILABILITY

All Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.  Rooms are limited so don't wait until the last date to reserve.  Final payment is due no later than March 1, 2027 for all packages  - Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group.  Packages are not sold a la cart.  Also, if you book your own vacation package you will still NOT be allowed into any of the private events set up for this group.  If you choose not to participate in group activities then that is completely up to you; however, No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for missed activities, unused services, voluntary absence from scheduled events, or failure to participate in any portion of the trip.

PRIVACY RIGHTS

 

Ta'Ja Travel Agency respects your privacy. Ta'Ja Travel Agency does not store any financial or sensitive user data. User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption. Our payment provider is one of the world’s largest payment providers, used by many large internet companies. Ta'Ja Travel Agency does not have access at any point to the user’s financial data.

CREDIT CARD AND ACH PAYMENTS

 

Payments by credit card, will incur a standard 4.5% transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard and AMEX.

 

LATE PAYMENTS & DEFAULT

 

Failure to make payments by the scheduled due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all payments made.

Ta'Ja Travel Agency reserves the right to apply late fees or revoke promotional pricing for delinquent accounts.

TRAVEL DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

 

Current/Valid Passport is REQUIRED. All travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying proper travel documentation, including a valid passport. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates.

 

Ta'Ja Travel Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, or additional costs incurred due to invalid or missing travel documentation.

NAME CHANGES & ROOMMATE RESPONSIBILITY

 

All reservations must match the traveler’s government-issued identification exactly. Name changes may result in additional supplier fees and are not guaranteed.

 

Travelers selecting double occupancy without a roommate are responsible for securing their own roommate. If a roommate cancels, each remaining traveler is responsible for any additional occupancy charges or single supplement fees.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

Ta'Ja Travel Agency shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, injury, damage, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, supplier bankruptcy, labor disputes, terrorism, civil unrest, airline schedule changes, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen events.

 

In the event of any supplier-imposed changes, cancellations, or delays, all refunds and credits shall be subject to the individual supplier’s terms and policies.

 

CHARGEBACK POLICY (Please Read Carefully)

 

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been contracted, authorized, or provided.

 

Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate charges may result in cancellation of the reservation and additional collection efforts for unpaid balances, including any associated fees.

 

ITINERARY & ACTIVITY CHANGES

 

Excursions, activities, restaurants, entertainment, and itinerary items are subject to change based on supplier availability, weather conditions, resort operations, safety considerations, or minimum participation requirements.

Ta'Ja Travel Agency reserves the right to make modifications to the itinerary at any time to ensure the best possible group experience.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Ta'Ja Travel Agency acts solely as an independent contractor arranging travel services with third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and excursion providers.

 

Ta'Ja Travel Agency shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, death, property damage, overbooking, supplier default, or irregularity caused by any third-party travel supplier.
